Responsibility
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and tools to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to company guidelines and timelines.
- Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
- Enforce strict adherence to warehouse management systems and safety protocols.
- Assist in organizing and optimizing warehouse space for maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any operational issues and improve processes.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including cleaning and maintaining a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as required.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
