Responsibility
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming hardware shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to delivery schedules.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory in a clean and accessible manner.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, trolleys) safely and efficiently.
- Perform regular stock counts and participate in cycle audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documenting packages correctly.
- Maintain a safe and tidy work environment, adhering to all workplace safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline workflow and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment preferred.
- Physically fit and comfortable performing manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 20kg.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining a team player.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management practices or warehouse safety protocols.
- Effective communication skills in English to coordinate with internal teams.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a positive attitude towards physical work.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily operational targets.
