Responsibility
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of logistics personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate shipments, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, inventory accuracy, and cost per shipment to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies in all logistics activities.
- Leverage logistics software and technology to streamline operations, track shipments, and generate reports for management review.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and innovation to enhance overall logistics performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of optimizing logistics operations, reducing costs, and improving efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of local logistics regulations, customs procedures, and import/export laws in Indonesia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
