Responsibility
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare automotive parts for shipment according to order specifications.
- Maintain and organize inventory of automotive parts, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing discrepancies.
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments of automotive parts, verifying quantities and quality.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new warehouse staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management systems is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret order sheets, packing lists, and inventory reports.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 25 kg regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and order fulfillment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
