Responsibility
- Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Assemble, mix, and package construction chemical products according to standardized procedures.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections of materials and finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
- Follow strict safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE and adherence to workplace hazard protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold hygiene and efficiency standards.
- Report equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or other issues to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment (preferred but not required).
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of machinery operation and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or overtime, as needed.
- Familiarity with construction chemicals or similar industries is an advantage.
