Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training and performance evaluations.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to optimize delivery schedules and reduce costs.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse efficiency.
- Resolve any operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in warehouse or logistics supervision.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
