Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across Amazon’s warehouse systems, ensuring real-time data integrity.
- Process and reconcile orders, shipments, and returns, resolving discrepancies promptly to minimize operational delays.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend stock optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to coordinate restocking, cycle counts, and audit processes.
- Implement and improve inventory management procedures to enhance accuracy, reduce waste, and lower carrying costs.
- Liaise with Amazon’s vendor and logistics partners to resolve supply chain bottlenecks and ensure timely deliveries.
- Utilize ERP or WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to track inventory movements and generate actionable insights.
- Support month-end closing activities, including inventory valuation and reconciliation with financial records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., Amazon WMS, SAP, Excel) and strong data analysis skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies in large datasets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with Amazon’s operational standards and FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup with occasional on-site requirements.
