Responsibility
- Coordinate end-to-end import and export shipment clearance processes, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Manage and update inventory data in real-time, maintaining accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to resolve shipment delays or discrepancies.
- Monitor shipment statuses and provide timely updates to relevant departments.
- Assist in optimizing supply chain workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain organized records of all logistics transactions and communications for auditing purposes.
- Support the resolution of logistical challenges with proactive problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Basic understanding of import/export procedures, customs regulations, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP or logistics software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset to ensure accuracy in documentation and processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a cross-cultural setting.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
