Responsibility
- Assemble and inspect products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain assembly line machinery and tools safely.
- Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to ensure accuracy.
- Perform quality checks and report defects or inconsistencies to supervisors.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet production targets.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline assembly processes.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues on the production line.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or schematics.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20-25 kg.
- Willingness to work night shifts (with allowance provided).
- Basic English communication skills for team collaboration.
