Responsibility
- Lead and mentor the IT team to ensure alignment with company goals and management expectations.
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Optimize WMS performance to improve warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Collaborate with logistics, operations, and finance teams to integrate WMS with ERP and other business systems.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and best practices for warehouse technology.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades or patches as needed.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to automate and streamline warehouse processes.
- Prepare and present reports on WMS performance, ROI, and areas for improvement to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years specializing in WMS (e.g., SAP EWM, Manhattan, Oracle WMS).
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing IT teams.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain logistics, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in system integration, database management, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, IoT, and automation technologies is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment.
