Responsibility
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including inventory management, shipment coordination, and distribution for luxury retail products.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of high-value goods.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking, maintaining a balanced supply chain.
- Coordinate with customs and freight forwarders to facilitate smooth international shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Implement and maintain logistics best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
- Generate and analyze logistics reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Liaise with retail stores and e-commerce platforms to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation in logistics processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, preferably within the retail or luxury goods sector.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP software, and logistics tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in English; additional languages, particularly Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus.
