Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments of optical products and materials.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring easy accessibility and accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to strict quality control standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Follow all company policies and industry regulations related to warehouse safety and operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the optical or manufacturing sector.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle fragile or high-value optical products with care.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems and data entry.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg (assistance may be provided for heavier items).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and equipment operation is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, as needed.
