Responsibility
- Source and procure high-quality materials and supplies from reliable vendors to meet production requirements.
- Process and manage purchase orders (POs) while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to optimize cost and efficiency.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any logistics-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, inventory levels, and logistics documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production, finance, and warehouse, to align procurement and logistics strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement and logistics best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain roles (entry-level candidates with relevant internships will be considered).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with procurement or ERP software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose actionable insights to improve procurement and logistics processes.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
