Responsibility
- Develop and maintain procurement indicator reports using Power BI or other approved reporting tools to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Support the design and automation of procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Assist in data collection, cleaning, and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and supplier performance trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights for procurement strategies.
- Contribute to the creation of dashboards and visualizations to present procurement data to stakeholders.
- Participate in supplier evaluations and contract reviews under the guidance of senior procurement professionals.
- Document procurement workflows and recommend improvements for standardization.
- Stay updated on industry trends in procurement technology and best practices.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of procurement processes, supply chain logistics, or vendor management is a plus.
- Prior internship or project experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and contributing to team goals.
