Responsibility
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate records of stock in and out (SO) to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate and schedule shipments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Perform regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to minimize losses.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize warehouse layout and storage efficiency.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse activities and inventory status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and storage.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel or inventory management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to handle manual tasks, including lifting and moving goods.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with Bali’s geography and logistics challenges is an advantage.
