As a Store Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and monitoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across recruitment, training, promotions, finance, inventory, and daily operations. Your leadership will ensure compliance, efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience. Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company SOPs and retail standards.
- Monitor and enforce compliance in recruitment, training, and staff development programs.
- Manage promotional activities, inventory control, and stock replenishment to optimize sales and reduce shrinkage.
- Supervise financial processes, including cash handling, reporting, and budget tracking.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the store team to achieve KPIs and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure operational, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to maintain brand reputation.
- Collaborate with regional managers to implement company-wide initiatives and improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail supervision or store management, preferably in consumer electronics or FMCG.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to train and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Knowledge of inventory management, sales forecasting, and financial reporting.
