Responsibility

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve B2B and B2C revenue targets, aligning with company objectives.
  • Partner & Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients to drive solution adoption.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new markets in Bali, conducting competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Retail Execution: Oversee in-store promotions, merchandising, and training to ensure brand visibility and sales performance.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and coordinate with local sales teams, providing guidance to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, forecasts, and ROI, presenting reports to senior management.
  • Product Training: Educate partners and customers on SOLUM’s solutions, highlighting unique value propositions.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead pricing discussions, tenders, and agreements to secure profitable deals.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5+ years in sales management, preferably in retail, consumer products, or tech solutions.
  • B2B & B2C Expertise: Track record of driving sales in both corporate and retail channels.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience managing and motivating sales teams in a regional capacity.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indonesia’s (Bali) business landscape and consumer behavior.
  • Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal) with exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret sales data and derive actionable insights.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
