Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new retail partners in the assigned territory (Bali region).
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned products.
- Monitor product stock levels at retailer locations and ensure timely replenishment to avoid out-of-stock situations.
- Conduct regular store visits to execute merchandising standards, including product placement, pricing, and promotions.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and consumer trends, and report insights to the sales team.
- Provide product training and support to retail staff to enhance their understanding and sales techniques.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, including daily visit logs, orders, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement in-store promotions, sampling, and other sales-boosting initiatives.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid SIM C (driver’s license) and own a private vehicle for field mobility.
- Proven experience in retail sales, FMCG, or direct sales (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with retailers and stakeholders.
- Strong discipline, target-oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
- Highly adaptable to changing market conditions and business priorities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Excel, CRM tools) for reporting and data management.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (Bali region).
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written).
