Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions.
- Promote and sell banking products such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment options.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct financial needs assessments to recommend suitable products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations and customer flow.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in compliance with bank policies.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on banking products, regulations, and sales techniques.
- Represent the bank at local events and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail banking is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities to assess financial needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are an advantage.
