Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain store presentation standards including merchandising, stocking, and organizing products
- Process inventory including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular stock checks
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security measures
- Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, escalating when necessary
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and promoting store promotions and loyalty programs
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia and other languages are a plus)
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping customers
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (for foreign applicants)
