Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections and store promotions.
- Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout, including stocking shelves and restocking merchandise.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, labeling, and rotating stock to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to store KPIs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or retail is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or sales (preferred but not required; training provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools is an advantage.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods, lifting moderate weights, and performing repetitive tasks.
