Responsibility
- Manage and optimize product placement in assigned supermarket outlets to maximize visibility and sales.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure 100% product availability to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Execute in-store merchandising strategies, including planogram compliance, shelf arrangement, and promotional setups.
- Collaborate with retail partners to negotiate space allocations, display priorities, and promotional support.
- Conduct regular market visits to analyze competitor activities, pricing, and merchandising tactics.
- Train and guide retail staff on product knowledge, handling, and promotional techniques.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, stock turnover, and merchandising KPIs.
- Support new product launches with tailored in-store activations and consumer engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG merchandising, modern trade, or retail execution (preferably in Southeast Asia).
- Strong understanding of planogram management, shelf optimization, and retail analytics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with retail partners.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple outlets, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel for reporting) and familiarity with retail management software.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali’s key retail hubs.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
