Responsibility
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned brands (Isuzu, BYD, Honda, etc.).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, promotions, and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize showroom traffic and conversions.
- Assist in inventory management and vehicle preparation for test drives.
- Participate in local automotive events and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Senior High School diploma; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for automobiles and basic knowledge of car models and features.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a customer-centric attitude.
