Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed product information.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and price tag updates.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Promote sales and special offers to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
