Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations across multiple retail locations in Bali, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate store performance, including sales targets, customer service standards, and inventory management.
- Provide leadership, training, and development to store managers and staff to foster a high-performing team.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to implement promotional campaigns, visual merchandising, and sales strategies.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the retail or consumer products industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and leading teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
- Willingness to travel across assigned locations in Bali as needed.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
