Responsibility
- Participate in a structured 12-18 month rotational program across key business functions, including operations, sales, marketing, and finance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic business plans to drive growth and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Support daily operations, including inventory management, customer service, and process optimization.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and business cases to senior management.
- Engage in leadership training, workshops, and mentorship sessions to develop essential management skills.
- Contribute to special projects aimed at improving business performance and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership experience through internships, extracurricular activities, or work experience.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and commit to the full duration of the program.
