We are expanding our dynamic sales team in Bali and seeking passionate, customer-focused Sales Promoters to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition across high-traffic retail locations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
As a Sales Promoter, you will be the face of Kredivo, engaging with potential customers, explaining the benefits of our flexible payment solutions, and converting interest into active users. With a competitive salary range of IDR 3.1M – 4.5M per month, this contract role offers the chance to grow with a rapidly scaling fintech leader while making a tangible impact in Bali’s vibrant retail landscape.
Responsibility
- Promote Kredivo’s "Buy Now, Pay Later" services to customers in assigned retail locations (malls, electronic stores, fashion outlets, etc.).
- Educate potential users on Kredivo’s features, benefits, and application process with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for customer sign-ups, activations, and transaction volumes.
- Collaborate with retail partners to organize in-store promotions, demos, and special events to boost visibility.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to share with the marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of promotional activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with Kredivo’s brand guidelines, promotional policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to resolve customer queries and enhance satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (retail, fintech, or banking sectors preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with fintech, e-commerce, or BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) products is a plus.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by retail schedules.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written).
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
