Responsibility
- Provide professional and friendly customer service at the sales counter, ensuring a positive experience for every visitor.
- Conduct product consultations, explaining features, benefits, and specifications of Benelli motorcycles to potential buyers.
- Assist customers in selecting the right motorcycle model based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Process sales transactions, including paperwork, payments, and delivery coordination.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product inventory, promotions, and financing options.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure the sales counter and showroom are clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about motorcycles, specifications, and industry trends.
