Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases in a friendly and professional manner.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive customer engagement.
- Manage inventory, including stocking shelves, conducting regular stock checks, and reporting discrepancies to ensure product availability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems, handle cash, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Educate customers on product features, promotions, and loyalty programs to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations, including opening/closing procedures and shift handovers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and SpiritsHaus promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; hospitality or retail experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages like Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin are advantageous).
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of spirits, wines, or beverages is a bonus but not requiredâtraining will be provided.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods, lift up to 10kg, and perform stock-related tasks.
