Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, cafes) across Bali
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective account management
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with key decision-makers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the HORECA sector
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HORECA or F&B industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel across Bali's key hospitality zones
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software)
