Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate potential retail locations in Baliās key areas, ensuring alignment with company expansion goals.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess the viability of prospective sites.
- Negotiate lease agreements and terms with property owners, landlords, and developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to streamline the acquisition process.
- Maintain accurate records of site evaluations, negotiations, and agreements.
- Monitor local zoning laws, permits, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including government officials and community leaders.
- Provide regular reports on acquisition progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in site acquisition, real estate, or retail expansion, preferably in Bali or similar markets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with local regulations, zoning laws, and permitting processes in Bali.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
