As a Roadshow Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of promotional events, from setup to teardown. You’ll engage with customers, manage event materials, and collaborate with a passionate team to create memorable brand interactions. Responsibility
- Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of roadshows and promotional events in assigned locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Engage with customers professionally, providing product information, demonstrations, and resolving inquiries.
- Coordinate event logistics, including transportation of materials, booth arrangements, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure brand messaging and promotional goals are met.
- Collect and report customer feedback, sales data, and event metrics to stakeholders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing event space to attract and retain customer attention.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and adapt quickly to changes in event schedules or requirements.
- Assist in pre- and post-event tasks, such as packing/unpacking materials and conducting equipment checks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, event support, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as roadshows may require.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to handle setup/teardown tasks and stand for extended periods during events.
- Basic knowledge of sales or promotional techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with Bali’s key locations (Canggu, Ubud, etc.) and local market trends is advantageous.
- Proactive attitude, team player mentality, and a willingness to learn.
