Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on furniture selections, features, and benefits.
- Demonstrate product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Assist with furniture assembly, lifting, and arrangement in the showroom or for customer deliveries, ensuring safety and attention to detail.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom by restocking displays and rotating inventory.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets while upholding company standards.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on new collections, materials, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (furniture industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and assemble furniture (up to 25 kg) safely and efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of furniture materials, construction, and care is advantageous.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic sales software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a bonus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly desirable.
