Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality Chatime beverages according to standardized recipes and brand guidelines.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service to enhance the in-store experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and serving areas.
- Handle cash transactions, process orders accurately, and manage the POS system.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking ingredients and tracking supply levels.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in F&B or retail is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation (training will be provided).
