Responsibility

  • Prepare and serve high-quality Chatime beverages according to standardized recipes and brand guidelines.
  • Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service to enhance the in-store experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and serving areas.
  • Handle cash transactions, process orders accurately, and manage the POS system.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stocking ingredients and tracking supply levels.
  • Upsell menu items and promotions to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in F&B or retail is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of beverage preparation (training will be provided).
