Responsibility
- Complete structured rotations across key departments (e.g., Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, or Corporate Strategy) to gain holistic business insights.
- Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects, analyze performance metrics, and present data-driven recommendations.
- Participate in leadership training workshops, mentorship programs, and networking events to build professional competencies.
- Support day-to-day retail or corporate operations, including inventory management, sales analysis, or strategic planning initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.

Qualifications
