Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and consumer trends.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to enhance our market positioning.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance brand loyalty and satisfaction.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand business connections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the Bali region as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
