Responsibility
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases to drive sales and meet targets.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping environment.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including handling cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
- Manage inventory by restocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and reporting discrepancies or low-stock items.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Participate in store promotions, events, and training sessions to stay updated on products and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are advantageous.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and lift/move merchandise (up to 10kg).
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a bonus.
