Responsibility
- Assist with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth boutique functionality, including opening/closing procedures.
- Manage inventory logistics, including receiving, organizing, and tracking high-value watch stock.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for deliveries, repairs, and maintenance of retail equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing boutique environment in alignment with brand standards.
- Provide driving support for pickups, deliveries, or client services as needed (valid driverâs license required).
- Assist in setting up displays, promotional materials, and event preparations for in-store activations.
- Monitor and report facility-related issues (e.g., lighting, HVAC, security) to management promptly.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as documentation and client follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or administrative support roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistical coordination.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Valid Indonesian driverâs license (SIM A or C) and comfortable driving in Baliâs traffic conditions.
- Physical ability to lift/move items up to 15 kg and perform light maintenance tasks.
- Discretion and integrity when handling high-value merchandise and confidential information.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or extended hours during peak seasons.
