Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales tactics to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management for performance tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the Bali region as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
