Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service across multiple store locations, ensuring a consistent and positive shopping experience.
- Assist in daily store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising.
- Support store opening and closing procedures, adhering to company policies and security protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in compliance with brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with store teams to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Assist in stock replenishment, product displays, and promotional setups as directed.
- Adapt quickly to different store layouts, systems, and team dynamics while traveling between locations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and travel between locations.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools is a plus.
- Willingness to commute or relocate within Bali as required by the roving schedule.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail training is advantageous.
