Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients in selecting furniture that meets their needs and preferences.
  • Perform in-store furniture assembly with precision, ensuring products are display-ready and functional.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom layout, including stocking, tagging, and rotating merchandise.
  • Educate customers on product features, materials, and care instructions to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and participate in promotional events.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock checks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Physical ability to lift, move, and assemble furniture (up to 25 kg) safely.
  • Basic knowledge of furniture products, materials, and assembly techniques is a plus.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or retail is advantageous.
