Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients in selecting furniture that meets their needs and preferences.
- Perform in-store furniture assembly with precision, ensuring products are display-ready and functional.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom layout, including stocking, tagging, and rotating merchandise.
- Educate customers on product features, materials, and care instructions to enhance their shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and participate in promotional events.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock checks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and assemble furniture (up to 25 kg) safely.
- Basic knowledge of furniture products, materials, and assembly techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or retail is advantageous.
