Responsibility
- Develop and execute macro-level strategies aligned with government policies and initiatives in smart energy, digital education, and smart cities.
- Lead and manage B2G projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, industry leaders, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and implement strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and present strategic reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior management and government bodies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, forums, and high-level meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, International Relations, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in strategic management, government relations, or B2G project leadership.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and policy landscapes in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
- Experience in smart energy, digital education, or smart city projects is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work across multiple locations, including China, Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, or Thai is an advantage.
