Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with product inquiries and eco-friendly recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Educate customers on the benefits of sustainable products and the company’s environmental initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout to enhance the shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and assist with merchandising displays.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and sustainability practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (eco-friendly or sustainable retail is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Passion for sustainability and a willingness to learn about eco-friendly products.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Balinese) are advantageous.
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
