Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and inventory to answer customer inquiries confidently.
- Assist in stock replenishment, inventory management, and visual merchandising to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and resolve them efficiently to maintain satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the store team to meet daily operational goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or sales training is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or sales roles (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail schedules.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems or retail software.
- A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Legal eligibility to work in Indonesia (work permit or KITAS will be supported for qualified candidates).
