Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain store appearance by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are neatly arranged.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, labeling, and stocking new merchandise.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Participate in store promotions, sales events, and marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus.
