Responsibility
- Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and product information to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Manage inventory levels by receiving, storing, and organizing stock in the warehouse and retail floor.
- Conduct regular stock checks, monitor product expiration dates, and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth store operations.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of promotional activities and in-store events.
- Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in retail or warehouse management is a plus.
- Basic understanding of retail operations, inventory management, or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive mindset.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and organize stock (up to 15 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with POS systems or inventory software is a bonus but not required.
