Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout, including stocking shelves and restocking inventory.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and labeling new merchandise.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Promote current sales, discounts, and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools is advantageous.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities with a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
