Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming, personalized shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product selection, offering expert advice and recommendations based on their needs.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems, including handling cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies or shortages to management.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and store events to enhance skills and contribute to team success.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems or cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required by the retail schedule.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Passion for retail, fashion, or consumer products is a strong advantage.
