Responsibility
- Provide expert consultation on flooring products to customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical specifications to both retail customers and trade professionals
- Maintain showroom presentation standards and ensure all displays are current and appealing
- Process sales transactions, prepare quotes, and follow up on leads through our CRM system
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings in the flooring market
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation of sold products
- Participate in local home shows and marketing events to promote our brand in the Bali market
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in home improvement, furniture, or building materials
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about flooring materials and installation techniques
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly
- Basic computer skills for CRM, POS systems, and email communication
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to the Canggu/Badung area
