Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote eco-friendly products in Bali’s retail markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, and distributors.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to sustainability principles.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the green consumer sector.
- Educate customers on the benefits of sustainable products and their environmental impact.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand business reach.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or consumer products, preferably in sustainability-focused roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Passion for environmental sustainability and eco-friendly products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail market and consumer trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
